FAQs

Clear, honest answers.

If you need more detail, you can message on WhatsApp any time.

Do you actually need to see the problem in person?

No. 90% of plumbing issues can be diagnosed remotely through video, photos and the right questions. It saves you money, avoids unnecessary call-outs and speeds up the solution.

What if I already have a plumber?

Perfect. I don’t replace them – I help you use them better. I check quotes, explain what's really happening, and give you language you can pass back to your own contractor.

What if the issue is actually urgent?

During the assessment I’ll tell you exactly when to call an emergency engineer and how to stabilise things while you wait. No drama, no panic.

How fast can I get help?

Standard calls are booked for the same day or next day. Instant Access (£79) puts you at the front of the queue.

Do you work with landlords and agents too?

Yes. A large part of my work is supporting portfolios, letting agents and block managers who need regular, clear, independent guidance without hiring in-house trades.

Are you insured?

Yes – fully insured for professional advisory work.

What if your advice doesn’t save me money?

If you book a Quote Check (£29) and I can't help you avoid at least the value of my fee in savings, redirection or negotiation power, you get your £29 back.
